This is a full-time position with the option to work in the office, from home, or a mix of both, depending on your location and preferences! Job Description:

E/Power Marketing is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a seasoned digital advertising professional who’s seeking the ideal agency environment for their next career phase. As a Digital Advertising Strategist, your role will center on designing, executing, and evaluating intricate digital advertising campaigns spanning multiple platforms.

This is a full-time position that offers flexibility – you can operate from our office, the comfort of your home, or find a balance between the two based on your location and preference. What the job entails…

  • Plan, develop, and manage the overall advertising strategies for complex accounts, implementing specific advertising assignments for these clients.
  • Mentor and train the digital advertising specialists on the team, focusing on pillar best practices and overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop agency-wide processes and guidelines to elevate and streamline digital advertising collaboration, results, and operations.
  • Set and measure digital advertising program goals, analyze program data and performance, create client-facing reports, and interface with the team to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Proactively recommend new program strategies and ideas to the team to grow client programs and our digital advertising service offerings and profits.
  • Commit to ongoing education and training to develop new skill sets, strengthen existing skills, and continue to learn and grow.
  • Assist with new business development opportunities to develop the right digital marketing strategies for new accounts.

How you’ll fill your days…

  • Managing digital advertising programs and strategies necessary to maintain successful client programs. You will be responsible for a number of projects on your own and also get the chance to collaborate with teammates.
  • Creating the most impactful and results-focused digital advertising programs for our clients and then telling that story to them through reports and data.
  • Developing the skills and talents of junior team members through coaching, work reviews, and more.
  • Learning from, laughing with, and working alongside a fun-loving, hard-working team of creative professionals. We’ll probably want you to laugh at our jokes and come on lunch outings with us, and we definitely ask that you refill the coffee pot if you take the last of it!

What We’re Looking For:

An energetic and creative digital advertising expert ready to hit the ground running! You’ll be digging into the details, thinking analytically, strategizing actions, meeting deadlines, and celebrating agency successes.

  • 5+ years of digital advertising experience preferred across channels, including (but not limited to) Google, Microsoft, and Meta. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CallRail and other tracking tools.
  • Agency experience is a plus!
  • Detail-oriented and ready to grow with a firm grasp on time management and the ability to work in a diverse team. We love to have fun and laugh together, but professionalism and accountability are vital.
  • You must live within 200 miles of Oshkosh, WI, and be able to travel to the Oshkosh office at least once each month.

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,000 – $85,000 based on experience.
