  • Why did you want to join the E/Power team? Straight out of college, I knew I wanted a job somewhere that I could make a difference, I didn’t want to get lost in some big corporate job or for a company that didn’t really care about their team or their clients. My background in psychology and communications gave me a unique perspective when it came to online marketing, and I was thrilled to put those passions to work for a boutique, passionate agency!
  • What was your first job? I got an early start, working at a salon and day spa in my hometown of Monroe, WI when I was 14 years old. I started the summer before my freshman year of high school and stayed until I left for college!
  • Are you an early bird or a night owl? An early bird, through and through! I love the quiet and calm that comes with early mornings! Also, my dad always told me that any sleep you get before midnight counts as double!
  • What’s your favorite family tradition? Hand-rolling fresh pasta for the big holiday meals, tortellini for Thanksgiving and ravioli for Christmas. Everyone has a job and the end result is so delicious!
  • What part of your daily routine do you most look forward to every day? Putting the kids to bed! I love storytime and hearing what they are grateful for each day, and those first few minutes of quiet are usually very welcome!
  • Where is your favorite Wisconsin getaway? We spend a lot of time in Minocqua, WI, so that’s definitely a favorite Wisconsin destination! We’re settled in southern WI, so Madison doesn’t feel like a getaway but is one of my favorite cities. Having gone to school in La Crosse, the entire Driftless Area will always hold a special place in my heart!
  • What’s your favorite thing to do outside? Does happy hour on a patio count?

Adrian joined the E/Power Marketing team in 2008 and has gotten so many opportunities and experiences through the years! Starting out in SEO, she’s taken on social media, content marketing, email marketing, agency marketing, and account management just to name a few.

In 2021, Adrian teamed up with Ellie and Justin to acquire the agency and is so excited about the next chapter! Adrian really enjoys investing in our team and people, and is looking forward to everything we’ll achieve together now and in the future!

Adrian spent 8 years in the Fox Cities before moving back to the Madison area, and though she loves working remotely she does miss the office and the Fox Valley!  Adrian and her husband have two little ones keeping them busy, but in her spare time, she likes to cook, golf, and binge-watch reality TV after the kids are in bed!
