  • When did you join E/Power Marketing & what was your first job title? 2021 as an Account Manager
  • Why did you want to join the E/Power team? In my past role, I had been on the client-side, having worked directly with a marketing agency. When I saw that E/Power was looking for an account manager, I knew that my experience as a marketer and a client could bring a lot to the role. The timing was right, and I was ready for a change.
  • What was your first job? Working as a cashier at Shopko, or maybe it was a dog washer at a dog groomer’s? I can’t remember!
  • What part of your daily routine do you most look forward to every day? Every morning, I brew a cup of coffee, and I head out to the patio with my dog. Everything comes to life, the moments alone to reflect, it’s a great way to start my day.
  • Where is your favorite Wisconsin getaway? The north woods. Sometimes just getting away from day-to-day life, no cell reception, and just family or friends is the exact thing I need.
  • What’s your favorite thing about the Fox Valley? I love the community aspect. When times are tough, the people of the Fox Valley are always there to help and support each other.
  • What’s the best Wisconsin tradition? Nothing beats a good ole Friday fish fry!
  • What’s one of your guilty pleasures? I have more makeup and hair products than a woman really needs. Even as a tomboy, I love the creativity that comes with makeup and hairstyles.
  • Which charity means to most to you? There are many, but the one that holds closest to my heart is the Ronald McDonald House. They make it possible for a child and their family to remain close when they need it most. This one is personal for me.
  • What’s your go-to happy hour order? If I order, it’s almost always a Whiskey Old Fashioned Sweet, with Olives.
  • What’s the best concert you’ve been to? I’ve been to plenty of great concerts and seen some amazing artists. Hands down best concert was George Strait. The man is a legend, and the simplicity of him just doing what he does best, without the crazy light shows, and distractions; it was amazing.
  • Are you an early bird or a night owl? Oh, most definitely a night owl. I only willingly get up before 6 am if it involves heading into woods or out on the water.

If you were to look up the definition of “best account manager”, we’re fairly certain you’d find a picture of Brit! She’s well-versed in all things digital marketing thanks to her previous positions within in-house marketing teams. She also has a passion for helping our clients understand the powerful opportunities digital marketing hold for businesses, how to take advantage of those opportunities, and how to close the loop and see just how impactful our work really is. She’s an amazing project manager with great business judgment and best of all, she’s a true pleasure to work with! Having experience on the client-side of things puts her in an even better position to help our clients really understand the details of our program, the work we’re putting in, and how that work translates to better business results for them!

When she’s not focused on work, Brit is probably outside!  She’s happiest near the water or the woods, hunting, fishing, or just soaking it all up around the fire. She’s also a photographer, with a great eye for capturing the best shots. Brit’s family keeps her busy, but when she gets a minute to relax she’s probably reaching for some fruity candies (send Wild Berry Skittles, please!) and turning on a medical or crime drama!
