  • When did you join E/Power Marketing & what was your first job title? 2023 as an Account Manager
  • Why did you want to join the E/Power team? I have been following E/Power Marketing for the last 10 years and the focus on intentional growth, core service offerings and the hardworking and talented team have all impressed me. I wanted to join the team to continue to grow my skillset and help bring our clients a high-level of service.
  • Must-Haves for Being Focused: Headphones, some good music and a chunk of time!
  • What was your first job? Vaccinating mink at my grandpa’s mink ranch when I was 10 or 11 and then later regularly babysitting my neighbors kids when I was 12.
  • What’s your favorite family tradition? Right now, our young family is creating our own little traditions for each holiday. One of my favorites is taking a look at why we have some traditional activities or decor for each holiday and explaining that to my kids through different activities.
  • Where is your favorite Wisconsin getaway? Camping in many of Wisconsin’s gorgeous state parks. A few of our favorites to visit are Perrot State Park in Trempealeau, Wis., Peninsula State Park in Fish Creek, Wis., and Willow River in Hudson, Wis.
  • What’s your favorite thing about the Fox Valley? From a variety of events to a range of outdoor spaces, the Fox Valley provides a lot of things to do.
  • Favorite grown-up field trip? Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center. It’s for visitors of all ages, and you can really learn a lot about Wisconsin’s deep agricultural roots.
  • Do you have a favorite charity you wish more people knew about? I had the honor of serving as a guardian on the Old Glory Honor Flight, and it was an experience I will never forget. To be able to help veterans, many of whom received no greeting upon returning from service, get to see the national monuments in Washington D.C., and to see their faces when they received a surprise welcome home was truly priceless.
  • Are you an early bird or a night owl? Definitely an early bird! I love being able to get a few hours of uninterrupted work in each day.

Meet Kayde Kempen! She joined E/Power Marketing as an Account Manager in 2023, excited to become a part of our company’s focus on intentional growth, core service offerings, and talented team members. She is excited to continue growing her skillset and providing our clients with top-notch service. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, working with the team to develop customized digital marketing strategies and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and perform well!

When Kayde isn’t hard at work, she enjoys camping, hiking, and gardening. She also loves spending time with her kids and watching their amazement at nature and animals as they explore the great outdoors and history around us. Her TV time right now is centered around watching with her kids, her favorites are SuperBook, the Grinch, and the Minions movies! Overall, Kayde is focused on spending quality time with her loved ones outside of work.
