From the time we start talking about a potential partnership, we take the time to get to know you, your business, your market, your buyers, and your goals. We analyze your current efforts to understand what is working and what could work better. Instead of boilerplate programs, we take a consultative approach to design a digital marketing program that fits your business and your needs. This upfront planning work translates into programs that work more effectively for you.
No long-term contracts period. We are confident in our results and don’t believe in locking clients into long term contracts. We prefer to have our results lock the clients in to an ongoing partnership. Our average client partnerships are 8 years and growing!
Your proposal from E-Power will describe the deliverables, along with what our fee will be. We stick to that. Of course, our programs aren’t stagnant, and your account manager will always be looking for new ways to improve your program and results! When you decide to move forward with a program adjustment, you’ll be asked to approve changing the deliverables. With your buy-in, we’ll update the proposal and won’t move forward until you authorize the change. As with any business, there are times we may need to raise our fee due to the increased costs of doing business, when this becomes necessary, you’ll get 60 days’ notice of the fee increase and can be assured we make those changes no more than once a year.
Flat fee for organic work. Graduated commission for digital advertising.
E-Power charges a flat fee for strategic planning, content marketing and development, search engine optimization, marketing automation with email marketing, social media marketing, and related services. The deliverables and fee are defined in the proposal and you sign-off on approval before we start.
For digital advertising, we charge a percentage of advertising spend. The percentage drops as advertising spend increases. We tightly manage advertising spend so there are no surprises. When advertising spend dips below our minimum threshold, we do charge a base management fee.
E-Power Marketing serves at your pleasure. We do not lock you into long-term contracts. Our Agreements roll over from month-to-month with you having the option to end the contract with 30 days’ notice. Serving at clients’ will works well for our clients and for E-Power. Our current client engagements average 8 years. Please keep in mind that digital marketing does not immediately develop optimal results. We encourage new clients to give us at least 90 days to get everything up and running on all cylinders.
