Our first step was to close the tracking and attribution gap. We implemented advanced tracking tools, including Google Analytics and call tracking, to give SDW full visibility into how we were spending each dollar of their marketing budget. Using a real-time transparent dashboard, we are able to communicate results almost in real-time and uncover inefficiencies.
